We had a great stay, and the room was spacious enough for our family of four. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and everything suited us well. Our kids were won over as soon as the receptionist gave them a pack of gummy bears. 😋

What stood out most was the staff. They were so kind and professional that I can’t remember the last time I stayed somewhere with service like that. The breakfast was tasty too. I arrived on a Saturday, February 5, with my two younger children. We had a third-floor room with everything we needed and a beautiful view. The whole stay was outstanding, and I hope others have the same experience. If you’re looking for a more intimate, upscale hotel with decent amenities, this is a great choice. I highly recommend it.

The rooms could use some improvements, but they’re good enough for sleeping. This is an OK hotel outside Stuttgart, with underground parking. The town is small, though there are shops and bars close by. The metro station is about 200m away, and you can reach the main train station in around 20 minutes.

The staff were helpful and polite, and breakfast was good. There are also some great places to eat nearby, so if you’re staying several days, I’d try the local cafes too. The hotel is in a nice spot close to the train and bus stations.

The breakfast was nice, and parking costs 10 euro per day. But the radiator didn’t work properly on a freezing day, and I spent six days sleeping in the cold. I asked for help, but was always told, “tell it to my coworker at the morning.” I had no time to talk in the morning, and I don’t understand why she didn’t tell her coworker about the problem. This felt more like motel service than a hotel. I won’t go back.
