The quiet surroundings were lovely. I enjoyed the birds and cute squirrels in the garden, and the team, from reception through to the breakfast area, were always kind and responsive. Even though it’s a big hotel, the rooms are clean and well kept, with good-sized rooms and bathrooms. I especially liked the little bedside lights that can be aimed wherever you need them, plus the low night sensor lights by the bed. Brilliant. Breakfast had plenty of choices. I enjoyed the different breads, the funny little pancakes, and the raspberry marmalade. There was a good tea selection and lots of coffee options too. Thanks for a beautiful week, Plaza Residence! Well done, keep it up. 👍🙏🏻🌱🐿🌼

Same place as the residence, see my other review. Very clean and quiet, and I’d definitely recommend it.

A lovely, quiet retreat. The staff were amazing, and the rooms were clean and comfy with nice climate control. The uphill walk can be kind of hard if you don’t like walking, don’t have a car, and are feeling lazy. 😌

Pretty good overall, but I hadn’t expected the “hidden fee” of 12€ a day for parking when I booked.

There was lots to choose from at breakfast, and the free Wi-Fi was pretty fast. The staff were friendly and spoke English. My room was nice and cozy, with a thick door and comfortable beds, though the pillows were too big, so I ended up sleeping on a folded towel. There’s a small gym with one of those multipurpose machines, enough to get a decent workout.
