The ambiance was a pleasant surprise, and everything felt clean, tidy, and spacious. The courtyard parking was covered and quiet. For a peaceful stay, it’s best to get a room facing the courtyard. There’s no ashtray by the front door, so the area is always littered with rubbish and cigarette butts. The shower also has nowhere to put my shower gel, which is inconvenient. Even so, I’d gladly stay again. Excellent value for money.

The rooms are new and very clean. There’s parking, though if you come back late at night and it’s full, you have to park closer together. There’s a supermarket and a cafe next door. By car, it takes 20 minutes to get to the center of Dortmund.

The location is perfect, with all the shops within walking distance and the city center just a 5-minute ride away on the RE3 train. The apartments are modernly furnished and very clean. Definitely recommended. Many thanks to Daniel Michel for his help and kindness!
