We had a spacious, very clean room and could bring our dog. The sauna and swimming pool were on site, comfortable, and clean. There’s paid parking in a nearby garage. Breakfast was generous and tasty, and the staff did their best to make sure we were happy. Thank you.

The food was great, and the place was kept really clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for me. I’d rate them 20 out of 10 for that. I’d recommend staying here, and I’ll come back too.

The hospitality here was lovely, and the people were great to talk to, even as someone visiting from another country. For me, this is the best place to stay in Dortmund, and maybe in all of Germany. I recommend this hotel.

For a three-star hotel, this one compares well with others at the same level. The rooms are spacious and clean, and both the beds and bathrooms were in good condition and very clean. Reception was good too. Recommended.
