Moxy Dortmund

We came two weeks ago for the Dortmund - Hamburg match and loved every minute. The hotel was modern and fresh, with good food and drinks. Phil, the guy behind the bar, was so sweet and lovely. Keep hold of him, I’d come back just for that guy. Thank you!

We had three rooms and enjoyed our stay until checkout. We left early, and the person at the desk was rude and unprofessional. He even told us to go upstairs and fetch our room key, which I’ve never had happen at a Marriott property. It was 4 am on February 14, and his behavior wiped out all the positive impressions from the stay.

The breakfast was really good, both the menu and the taste. I’m here on a business trip and, so far, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Diana and Maxim, who’ve taken great care of me. They suggested some good restaurants and places around Dortmund, and it’s nice to chat with them over a beer after work. I’d recommend staying here.

I was here for two weeks, and the housekeeping team kept my room spotless. They came by two or three times a week and made sure I had all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout, and the service was truly outstanding. It was an exceptional stay.
