It feels very central, with Hafen S-Bahn only about 200m away and the main station roughly a 20 minute walk. The accommodation was neat and very clean, though the bedroom decor was rather unusual.

I wouldn't recommend this apartment to families with children. The bathroom is in awful shape, with mold spreading across the walls and even growing in the sink. The kitchen is filthy and nearly falling apart, and there was a soiled tissue on the windowsill. The washing machine was running when we arrived, which might have been acceptable on its own, but the condition of the apartment was not. Offering a place like this feels like robbery!
