A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel "Mercure Hotel Dortmund Centrum" is located in Dortmund. This hotel is located in the center of the city. The room was tiny, but comfortable, and the decor was nice. There’s also a little gym with free weights. Breakfast had plenty of good choices for everyone on my team, and reception staff were top notch. All in all, a very good hotel.

The room was spacious, and the staff were really friendly. There’s a bathtub, and you can borrow the bottle press at the lobby. The bar is nice and affordable, and the location is very convenient, close to the train station.

The decor was gorgeous, easily among the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was incredible, and the service was outstanding.

The rooms were clean and nice, and everything is within walking distance from this central spot. The parking lot could be roomier, though, and it’s extremely expensive.

The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, with blackout curtains, air conditioning, and a well stocked minibar. Fresh milk in a small carton would be a nice addition. The hotel’s also well placed for Dortmund’s amenities. Booking online was easy and flexible, including the option to make specific requests. Reception made us feel welcome from the start, especially Ben, who went out of his way to meet our needs. He’s a great example of someone in a customer facing role. Breakfast was okay, but the Extrablatt cafe 200m away had a better range and quality for the price. Still, Mercure is my usual place to stay in Dortmund, and I’d definitely recommend it.
