We were there for five days, and the room was cleaned only once. It was large and fairly comfortable, but very old and clearly in urgent need of renovation. The ventilation grilles were dirty and you noticed straight away. Parking cost €20 a day. The first two days were fine, but on the third we weren’t allowed in. We called reception three times, and each time they said it wasn’t their problem and told us to park on the street. That was really unpleasant. We booked through Booking.com because we liked the photos and location. The hotel is large and well-known, with above-average prices. Reception greeted us normally, but when we raised an important request that didn’t break any hotel rules, the receptionist was rather rude and said it wasn’t allowed, even though that restriction wasn’t in the hotel policy. The manager resolved it, and we’re very grateful to him. He was kind and helpful, and greeted us whenever we saw him. We appreciate the manager’s kindness, but reception service and the condition of the rooms need improvement. I hope management takes action and renovates the property.

The room was spacious, nicely furnished and cozy, even though I spent most of my time out exploring the city. The neighbourhood was charming and convenient, and I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who were professional, courteous and attentive. The service stayed consistently good throughout, with staff showing professionalism and a real commitment to guest satisfaction. This was my first time at the hotel, but it won’t be my last. It was a thoroughly pleasant stay, and I look forward to coming back.

The entrance is grand, breakfast is absolutely okay, and the service is very friendly and helpful. The location is hard to beat if you’re going to the fair or stadium. The rooms need investment, especially the bathrooms, and the carpets and curtains can be horrendous. Four stars feels like a bit much, but three doesn’t seem justified either.

A cozy, very nice hotel. We were welcomed with clean, luxurious and comfortable rooms, and the breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast was good. The room itself was fine, but the shower was a bit blocked and the bath filled up slowly. We’d booked one double bed, but it wasn’t available when we arrived. They eventually compensated us with a welcome drink, though it took some difficulty.
