Conveniently located and good value for money. My room was well kept, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again.

The rooms are reasonably tidy, and the staff were polite. Given that the hotel is practically in the center, the price isn’t too high. Breakfast was a little limited, but edible.

A small date mix-up ended up costing me a lot. I booked the wrong date and asked them to correct it. At first they agreed, then the next day they wanted an extra fee. When I asked to cancel without charge, they showed no sympathy. They seemed to care only about money and wouldn’t offer even a little help.

I felt safe and well looked after at The Grey. The staff were friendly and really helpful, even though I only speak English. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were very clean, and breakfast was wonderful. It’s convenient for the main train station and town centre. I’d recommend it to friends and family, and I’ll be back soon.
