The staff were super nice and helpful, and both the price and location were good. There are tram stops right by the hotel, and you can walk pretty much anywhere. I’d recommend a riverside stroll for the view of old town Dresden. The bathroom was clean and had everything I needed, but the glass wall between it and the bedroom lets you see something, so showers feel less private. Parking was the other issue: it’s too pricey, small, and usually full. There’s designated street parking a 2 minute walk away. You still have to pay, but it’s cheaper.

Arab at reception made a big difference to my stay. She greeted me with a big smile and genuine warmth, helped with check-in, shared useful local tips and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. The hotel itself is modern, clean and well located for exploring Dresden or unwinding after a long day. My room was spotless and comfortable, with everything I needed. I had a wonderful visit at Super 8 by Wyndham Dresden and would definitely return. It offers great value, comfort and warm, professional service, so I highly recommend it.

I had a great stay! The rooms were really nice, and if I remember right, towels were provided. Breakfast was pretty good too. It’s within walking distance of a tram stop and not too far on foot from the main city area. The staff were very friendly.

We ended up staying for two nights while we waited to figure out what to do about a problem with our motorbike. At first, the receptionist was a bit rude, and there were spiders in the room, so I wasn't sure we'd made a good choice. The next day I explained our situation to another receptionist, ghazal Arab, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She even said I could have coffee in the breakfast area without breakfast included. Her kindness is why we stayed another night. Thank you so much, ghazal!
