The buffet had a fair selection, but it was exactly the same every day for all seven mornings. Housekeeping wasn't daily either. You have to schedule a cleaning through a QR code, which seemed to mean they might get to it. My first request was ignored. At $450 a night, the dated rooms and prehistoric elevator were a letdown. Check-in was decent, but the four-star claim on booking sites and the sign at the entrance set expectations the hotel didn't meet. Had I paid $150-$200 per night, I'd have described it very differently. At this price, it feels like a rip-off. The focus seems to be revenue instead of guest satisfaction, and they don't seem interested in getting you to come back.

The location was great, staff were friendly, breakfast was quite alright, and the room was pretty clean. It wasn't a bad stay and felt like decent value for the money. The main issue is the impression that this is a four-star hotel, when the amenities seem three-star at best. The walls are very thin too. At night I could hear someone in the next room snoring. The online reviews had made me expect worse.

When I got back late in the evening, nothing had been done, despite the front office person assuring me in the morning that the problems would be taken care of. The response felt very casual, not professional. I checked in for four nights, from Oct 3rd 2025 to Oct 6th 2025. Room 310 had dirty carpets. The balcony, which the hotel team said should be closed, was open, with cigarette butts sitting in rainwater from the previous day. Part of the curtain had come off its hook. I pointed these things out at the front desk in the morning.

I stayed four nights for K-fair, and it was my worst hotel experience. There was no room cleaning service. When I asked reception to clean, they only brought extra towels. They don't even provide drinking water in the rooms. The photos were taken after cleaning. I booked through booking.com, but the review options were closed, so I couldn't rate the hotel on the site. This isn't a four-star hotel, maybe a hostel.
