Adina Apartment Hotel Dusseldorf

We had a comfortable and very pleasant long stay at Adina Apartment Hotel Düsseldorf. Having a kitchen and washing machine made the room feel like a home away from home, and the gym and relaxing pool were great bonuses. It's a convenient, well-connected spot for tourists. A special thank you to Pietro A., who checked us in. He was professional, patient, and attentive, and made sure we got the room we had asked for. His warm, efficient service set a lovely tone. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was satisfying, with fresh pastries and a coffee machine offering a great selection. One small suggestion: a quick induction or walkthrough after check-in would help guests unfamiliar with the kitchen appliances and washing machine use everything smoothly and safely. The room views are quite limited, so it's not ideal if you want to spend lots of time indoors enjoying the scenery. Modern, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Düsseldorf.

The bed was just right, neither too hard nor too soft, and I slept perfectly. The location is excellent, right beside the train station, with easy access to public transport. Even during the Easter holiday, when most places were closed, the station shops stayed open, so I could get what I needed. The room had the basics, including a fridge, a small kitchen and utensils, a superb oven, and a dishwasher. I do think it needs a better knife. It was also amazing to watch the busy train platform from my room, and there's an excellent steak restaurant next door. I really enjoyed staying here, but pool rules and security need improving. During Easter, lots of young boys were jumping in from all sides and taking over the pool. I managed about five minutes before it got too annoying to continue. They were children, and their parents weren't around, so I wasn't sure what to do. The splashing also got my towel wet.

This was my first stay in Europe, and it's a memorable one. The rooms were great for hygiene, servicing, and professionalism. DUS hauptbanhopf is right beside the hotel, and there are plenty of trams and buses connecting to the whole DUS city. I'll definitely stay here on my next visit to DUS.
