I booked one night because of the location and the Tesla destination charger, which I understood was free. I'd even called reception to check, and they said it was. Their website still says customers get free charging. When I arrived and asked to use it as a customer, the receptionist immediately refused. I showed them the website, but they just shrugged it off. I'd planned the trip around being able to charge easily and save time the next day. They didn't offer anything for the false advertising, and I had to just suck it up. I was obviously unhappy, and they didn't care in the slightest. Terrible customer experience.

It's a simple hotel, but very clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. It works for both business travelers and tourists. The main attractions aren't nearby, though public transport connects you well to them.

Parking right at the hotel was easy, and there are some restaurants nearby since there's no restaurant on site. The breakfast was ordinary, but tasty and fresh food was served buffet style. The rooms have older equipment and beds. Sometimes a light bulb is broken, or the mini-fridge doesn't work. Otherwise, it's quite okay for sleeping or working there. You hear some street noise at night, but it's not too bad.

It was clean and tidy, and the people who work there were really nice. There's nothing luxurious, but it was worth what I paid. The nice people were extra value for the price. Thanks a lot.

Great value for money. I use this place for one or two-night business stays, and it's always quiet and clean with good Wi-Fi. There's a supermarket opposite, plus restaurants within a five-minute walk.
