The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the TV seemed to be for show. The room wasn't cleaned at all during my stay, and the mattress was so bad that I woke up with back pain. The rooms were terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

The heating worked well and kept the bedroom warm, and the location was convenient, close to the city center with good connections. Beyond that, the room was dusty, the furniture was mostly damaged, and the textiles were dirty. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the bathroom smelled moldy, and neither the Wi-Fi nor the TV worked. The rooms were very basic and run down, and the service was limited and didn't solve problems.

Our room was extremely noisy: we could hear everything in the hallways, along with constant tram noise from the street. Worse, two backpacks and a pair of headphones were stolen after someone entered our room, 203, during our stay. We've filed a police report and are certain someone had unauthorized access to the room. We do not recommend this hotel.

The apartment was adorable, with a bathroom that looked so beautiful. It felt like a dream house, and I'd recommend it without hesitation. The location was great too, about a 15-minute walk from the center, on a lovely, tidy street. I loved it.

The rooms were dirty, there were no sheets on the bed, and the noise was excessive. There was no service. Avoid this place.
