On my second visit, I found the place neat and tidy, and the service was good. For the price, it’s worth staying here, especially with the convenience of parking our huge car. I’d recommend it. One thing that would make it better is having a lift instead of stairs.

We were there for a week, and the noise was a real problem despite the stated rule about keeping things quiet after 10 am. Our room also didn’t work for three people at all: it had two single beds and a sofa. I wouldn’t recommend the place. We couldn’t cancel by then, or we wouldn’t have stayed even one day.

We got the entry instructions rather late, when we were already in Düsseldorf, and breakfast was good though I missed having a proper bread roll. The place itself was cozy, very clean, and well maintained, with a nice private parking spot.

The rooms have a mini-kitchen with electric hobs, a fridge, microwave, dishes, and cutlery. They’re open-plan with three “single” beds and standard amenities. Clean, and a good setup for a few days.

Our room was downstairs in the basement, and its windows looked straight at a wall. The rooms seemed more suited to technical use, maybe something like a laundry room. The apartment is in a workers’ settlement in Düsseldorf, though I guess it all depends on your point of view.
