Breidenbacher Hof

The lobby is fancy and beautifully decorated, and the bar was really cool. We tried the lobby lounge after the restaurant was full, ordering schnitzel and salmon sticks, and the food was beyond amazing. There was someone playing piano in the restaurant, and the atmosphere was great. Prices seemed just fine for a five-star hotel. I’ll stay there next time.

About a month ago, we had a meeting and lunch here, and it was an excellent choice. We’re vegan, so the chef made asparagus with vegetables. I haven’t had food that delicious in years. I think the vegetables were steamed, and whatever magic equipment they use kept the carrots, cauliflower, and the rest so fresh, aromatic, and healthy, with all the nutrients preserved. The bread was delicious too. The staff are extremely friendly and create a great atmosphere and experience for clients. Highly recommend, and I’d gladly come again.

We can only thank Mrs. Susanne Köhler for making our stay so memorable. Dinner and the breakfast buffet at the Duchy restaurant were both delicious, with excellent food quality. We’ve stayed at luxury hotels around the world, and there’s usually something you’d suggest improving, but the Breidenbacher Hof exceeded all my expectations. Mr. Robin Op’t Eynde welcomed us at check-in with such politeness, charm, and attention, taking time to greet us. When we entered the room, the greeting cards, welcome fruit, and sparkling wine put a big smile on our faces. It was spacious and beautiful, perfectly decorated in every corner and spotlessly clean. Everything in the room felt luxurious and well designed.

Shopping and exploring the city center are easy from here. The entrance to Breidenbacher Hof looks especially beautiful in the evening, and inside it has the feel of a classic grand hotel. Everything seems high-end, quiet, warm, and very well maintained. The service is professional and discreet. A great choice for a truly premium stay in Düsseldorf.
