The staff were one of the best parts of our stay. They were so friendly and good-hearted, and helped with everything we asked. The hotel is a comfortable distance from the S-Bahn and the main street. We enjoyed staying here and would happily recommend it.

The room was filthy, and the toilet was so tiny I couldn’t sit on it. The mattress sagged in the middle and couldn’t even support 75kg. The pillow was awful and left me with a headache. Everything was terrible.

The bathroom facilities were great, and it was quiet at night. The double room felt a little cramped in the middle, though. The location is very good, about a 15 minute walk from the main station. I didn’t have the breakfast, but what they offered looked reasonable. Very decent value, especially during the Euros.

The staff were super nice, and the location was great. Our family room was spacious and clean, with two bedrooms on the ground floor, across a nice little courtyard at the back of the hotel, away from street noise. It was over 30 degrees outside, but the room stayed quite cool despite having no AC, and the fan they gave us really helped. The shower was awful because we couldn’t get the temperature right, and water spilled onto the floor whenever we used the sink. A mini fridge would have been useful too.

It’s a clean, good hotel with friendly staff and a very central location, about ten minutes from a major metro station. The rooms get pretty warm in summer, though. Air conditioning would help.
