We stay at this hotel every time we visit Dusseldorf. It's our favorite, with great staff, lovely aesthetics, and a very convenient location. On our most recent weekend there, I also had a life changing facial. As a new mom, I barely recognized my skin. I was exhausted and overwhelmed, and my glow had disappeared. Natalia made me feel seen and cared for from the first appointment. She listened closely to what I was dealing with, both with my skin and in life. Her approach felt personal and thoughtful, tailored to me rather than a standard facial. After one session my skin looked brighter, healthier, and more alive. I came away relaxed and refreshed, and honestly felt like myself again. Natalia helped bring back my glow in a way that went beyond appearance. She's very knowledgeable about skincare and uses high-quality products, but her warmth and genuine care stood out most. You can tell she loves her work and wants the best results for her clients. If you're in Düsseldorf and need a professional esthetician who understands real-life skin struggles, especially for a busy or new mom, I can't recommend Natalia enough. Her treatments feel like more than facials, they're a reset. I'm grateful I found her and have already booked my next visit.

We spent 5 nights at the Derag Living Hotel De Medici and couldn't have been happier. The staff were outstanding, friendly, professional, and efficient, and handled our questions and requests right away. On checkout day we had an early train, and the front desk found a way to get me coffee even though the restaurant wasn't open yet. Our room was clean, quiet, roomy, and comfortable, with a comfortable bed. The only thing we'd change is the pillows, which could be firmer. The hotel is right in the heart of alt town, just steps from excellent restaurants, bars, and sightseeing. It's a short walk to the light rail to the hauptbahnhof or airport. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. We'd highly recommend De Medici to anyone staying in Dusseldorf.

A wonderful stay, with a very comfortable room and bedding. The valet staff were friendly, and Eleni at the front desk made our stay enjoyable right through to the last second. We'll 100% stay here again.

This was our ninth time at the Medici, and we had Room 206. The location is perfect, the bed super comfortable, the shower great, and service efficient. It was a significant improvement over our eighth stay in 2024, which was shockingly bad. After that, we stayed at different hotels on our last three visits to Dusseldorf. We decided to give the Medici another chance, and were pleasantly surprised to find it back to its delightful best.
