Living Hotel Düsseldorf

The hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located in Düsseldorf. I do have two things to mention. On my first stay, the room was definitely 5 stars. This time I was in Room 109, where the closet and fridge were by the window instead of opposite the bathroom. That made getting to the fridge and using the kettle awkward. There were two outlets by the table, but they weren't accessible, so I had to use the one in the closet, which was highly inconvenient. Also, the entrance is difficult for older people to access. There is no ramp, and the steps are quite high. Maybe this could be fixed in the future.

The neighborhood was really quiet, with good restaurants and cafés on the corners, and both the supermarket and metro nearby. I liked staying at Living Hotel because the room came fully equipped. A lot of fashionable budget hotels seem to offer just a bed.

The location was good and the room itself was okay, but it was very noisy. The room felt dark, humid, and suffocating, and there wasn't always hot water for a shower. Reception was terrible: the staff were rude and unwilling to help. I won't book here again.

The breakfast had lots of variety and was lovely, and the staff were kind and very helpful. My room also had cooking facilities, a fridge, and a folding table. The hotel is very close to the old town, with a beautiful cathedral next to it. There's a nice bar nearby, plenty of chives for food, and a shopping mall within walking distance.
