Premier Inn Duesseldorf City Centre Hotel

The location was excellent and I liked the hotel's atmosphere. Staff were polite, and the breakfast was outstanding, definitely 10/10. The hotel was clean and comfortable, so my stay was fine overall. Still, my room was quite narrow and small, with no basic amenities in the room or bathroom. The biggest inconvenience was having no intercom or phone. If you need something, you have to go downstairs to reception yourself.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, and the bar area was nice, with happy hour from 5-7pm. Rooms were clean, a good standard, and had everything you need. The shower was huge. The location is excellent, with lots of transport links nearby. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The rooms are very suitable, and the location is good. Everything was clean, but the breakfast was very poor, so I wouldn't spend money on it. You can't write anything on your room, and the service leaves a lot to be desired. There are better hotels nearby. I don't recommend this one.

The rooms were horrible, even though the lobby was spacious and nice, we were allowed to sit there, the bar stayed open until around 1 a.m., and breakfast was free. I was part of a group of around sixty, I think, and the hotel did accommodate us because we'd booked in advance, but the stay wasn't good. My hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, and it seeped into my room even though I hadn't touched the stuff. The nearby rooms had the same smell. There was rubbish left in our room and gummies on the floor, so it hadn't been properly cleaned. Someone in our group had to change rooms because there were blood stains on the sheets. Honestly, appalling.
