You can walk to the city centre and Christmas market from here, or take public transport just a few steps away. The location is excellent. The room had everything I needed. I loved the lotion, soap, and shampoo, which smelled incredible, and you can buy them downstairs at reception. There's also a small room in the hallway where you can make tea or coffee. The staff were friendly, communicative, and fun. Thanks to Jesus and Luna for making our stay even better!

A fantastic team and hotel, a home away from home on business trips. The style, tea, and popcorn are lovely, but what really makes it special is the excellent team. Shoutout to Mia, Jesus, Steffi, Lukas, Jenni, and Cedric. Yes, I stayed a while. Your smiles and great service make the days better.

Clare was so warm and lovely to talk to, and she had helpful advice for us. The rooms were beautiful and bright, with really comfortable beds. I slept like a rose. Everyone else was kind too, and the service was very good. We did arrive for breakfast around 10, though, and the eggs and croissants were already gone. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The triple room setup wasn't ideal for a family with a 13-year-old. The shower is glass, and even with the curtain pulled around it, it still felt awkward. I also missed having a separate toilet. On the plus side, the room itself was fine, with good beds and blackout curtains. Breakfast had something for everyone, and the hallway facilities were handy, including an iron, a snack and drink vending machine, and tea-making facilities. The staff are extremely friendly. The lobby bar feels like a living room, stays open 24/7, and lets you put drinks on your tab the old-fashioned way. The pool table is free to use.

The drinks were great 💯. I went to Ruby Leni with my sister and friends on December 26, my birthday, and the staff made the day feel really special. Clare and Jesus were kind, professional, and friendly, and the service was top notch. I had such an amazing time and totally recommend the place.
