The interior design was good, but the service was very disappointing, and management seemed to show no care for guests. We had a confirmed booking and arrived at 7pm, only to find nobody at reception. It was raining and 4 degree outside, and it took a long time for anyone to answer the phone. While we waited in the cold, they asked us to email proof of covid and ID. That request is understandable, but it was strange that no one had told us in advance or called before we arrived. Attached is their tea and coffee price list.

The rooms were superb, and everyone on staff, from the owner to the cleaners, was truly amazing. I liked it so much that I extended my stay. It’s a fantastic new hotel right in the heart of town.

The staff were unfriendly and communication was poor. The bathroom flush didn’t work properly, and they chose IKEA cups made in Thailand.

Lüttes Loft was a fantastic place to stay in Eckernförde with a wheelchair. The ground-floor studio was roomy and tastefully furnished, and its central spot was quiet too. I especially appreciated the step-free, well-equipped bathroom with grab bars and the barrier-free way into our room. Communication by email and phone, both before and during our stay, was quick and very friendly. Thanks so much for everything!
