We were only there for two nights, but the room was roomy and comfortable, and the service was warm and helpful. Breakfast had hot dishes alongside the usual buffet choices. The WiFi stood out for being both fast and reliable. We also felt good leaving our motorcycle in the gated parking area. Downtown and plenty of restaurants are just a couple of blocks away, and late arrivals can use the automated check-in.

The breakfast food was great, though it felt a little odd that we weren't free to choose where to sit. The room and bathroom were both large and clean, and the hotel is close to Eisenach's town center, which has a lovely medieval atmosphere. We had a pleasant stay and I'd recommend it.

We had a spacious bedroom and bathroom, with plenty of power outlets, including USB. The room was very clean and WiFi was free. Parking was easy, and shops and tourist spots are close by. Staff were helpful, and a very nice breakfast was included in the price.

The facilities are old-fashioned but clean enough and acceptable. Breakfast had very few choices, and what bothered me most was that nobody greeted me when I came in. I felt ignored and not welcome at all. I got the impression they probably don't see many guests from eastern countries. A service business should treat people the same whatever their skin color.
