The owner was so friendly and did everything she could to make our stay pleasant. It's a very nice place to stay in the noble part of Eisenach.

The place is affordable and full of character, and the host was friendly and helpful. But the whirlpool tub was dirty and broken, as was the shower. The toilet and taps were dirty too, and grime had turned the TV remote grey.

We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Even though we got in late, our friendly, easygoing hostess showed us around the house and let us pick from the available places to stay. Thanks so much for making the booking so easy and spontaneous. We'd love to return if we're in the area again.
