8/10
The house is in a peaceful spot, and it makes a handy base for exploring the nearby sights and lovely countryside, especially on a longer visit. The hosts are warm and easygoing, and breakfast is good. Inside, the rooms are roomy, with distinctive furniture that's partly antique, plus brand-new, very comfortable beds. Just bear in mind it's a century-old country house, not a trendy hotel. Personally, I'd rate it five stars, but objectively I'll stick with four.

There’s lots of room and a great view, and the price feels fair. The owners are lovely and attentive to their guests. The apartment was generally clean, though we washed the cutlery and dishes ourselves.

We had such a pleasant time here, with a lovely atmosphere and really friendly, extremely nice owners. It’s been a few years, but we’ll be back soon.

The owners are very friendly, and there’s a beautiful garden to enjoy. Inside, the rooms were warm, the beds comfortable, and the hot water really hot. The kitchen has everything you need. Affordable and very nice place to stay. I recommend it.

It’s a quiet, simple, pleasant place, and the owner and his wife are wonderful people. Whoever wrote that the owner was possessed and went on about German communism should knock on his own empty head.
