The hotel is stylish and modern, and the rooms were great. I had such a good experience with Flora at check-in, the friendliest person ever, and you could tell she really loved her job. When I checked out early, her lovely colleague Maren was just as friendly and genuine. Those two are why I'll come back. Vielen danke Flora & Maren

The room was very clean and I had a nice stay. The smokers hanging around outside the building bothered me a bit and left a bad impression, but the hotel was good overall. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Special thanks to the evening receptionist, Frau F. P., who was incredibly helpful.

It was a short visit, but I liked the service. The rooms were very clean and well organized, and breakfast was great and healthy, with plenty of options and several coffee machines. Lovely place, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We arrived on the second day of our booking because of our own mistake. The receptionist and manager helped us out and treated us very well, so I can't say anything bad about the service. The hotel is within walking distance of most of the things we wanted to see. There are lots of Middle Eastern shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. The rooms are small, but they worked fine since we hadn't traveled to spend all day in the room.

We stayed before a trip with Aida, to explore the city a bit. The rooms are small but very clean. Air conditioning would've been nice, though a fan did the trick. The service was awesome, and everyone was friendly, especially with our kids. I'd call it a kid-friendly hotel, and it's been our best guest experience with kids in a while. It's close to the main station. St. Georg isn't the best neighborhood, but Jungfernstieg is only 2-3 stations away. I can recommend it for a 1-2 night stay.
