Dirk brought a lot of enthusiasm and dedication to the training. His motivating approach, clear explanations, and practical examples made the day especially valuable and created a comfortable place to learn. We had a very enjoyable team day, with varied, practical content that helped us work together and learn a lot. The open atmosphere encouraged communication and brought the team closer. Thanks for such a successful day. We’d love to return and are already looking forward to Module 2!

The Hofcampus gave our daycare team a warm, friendly welcome, and we left with a stronger team spirit. The practical group activities were a highlight, as were the chances to have deeper discussions. We learned a lot in a relaxed setting and came away with useful ideas for our pedagogical work. It was educational and fun, and we’d gladly recommend the experience. We’re looking forward to visiting again.

I haven’t forgotten 😉☀️ This was my second professional development day at the Grüne Kuh farm campus with our daycare team, and I came away just as impressed as the first time. The day was varied and lots of fun. I learned a lot about myself and the people around me, and we grew closer as a team. There were plenty of ideas to bring into everyday life, both at work and beyond. I went home feeling positive and full of energy, and I can’t wait for the third module!

We’re from the Sonnenhügel daycare center and took Module 1 at the Grüne Kuh farm campus. The session on personality types was interesting and funny, then we headed outside for team-building games that were a lot of fun and helped bring us together. We came away with useful ideas for our educational work, some of which we can put to use in our personal and professional lives right away. It was a really successful day. Thanks, Dirk.
