The service was ridiculous. Nobody greeted us when we arrived or even offered us a seat while we waited for the room, which still wasn't ready at 2pm. The supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the bathroom had a strong urine odor. We asked for another room, but they said none were available. The TV didn't work, and the facilities were very old and rusty, with a generally bad appearance. We made a big mistake booking here. For almost the same price, 108€, there's an Ibis nearby that costs 130€.

The best things here are the price and the location near Central train station. The rooms are clean, though the furniture is a bit old, and the breakfast was a little stale. Staff were helpful. Nothing special, but okay, and I'd recommend it for budget travel.

It's close to hbf Düsseldorf station, with easy access to the city and a good breakfast. Worth the money. I'd love to stay again when we come.

The rooms are a good size, the staff are lovely, and it's a cheap base for exploring Dusseldorf. The place is dated, though, and wasn't as clean as I'd have liked.

It's a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but the staff were friendly and the station location worked well for what I needed.
