Emderhaus

When we arrived at the apartment in the evening, the tenant had already opened the door for us. Then we found out it had been double-booked because it was listed on several platforms. That was a real problem: it was a long weekend, and finding somewhere else so late was difficult and very expensive. The landlady could be reached by phone, but instead of helping, she just blamed Airbnb. I still haven’t received my refund. Communication only happens when I chase it, and it hasn’t been productive. She says she started the refund through Airbnb, but Airbnb told me they had no record of it and that they had opened my case. I hope I get my money back soon. If you want a reliable place to stay, especially if you want to play it safe, book somewhere other than with Corinne.
