The owner was very warm and easy to talk to. My wife and I stayed at Ferienwohnung Cattaleya while visiting Emden, and the apartment was beautifully furnished, spotless, and well equipped. We didn't find ourselves missing anything.

We had a really good stay in Bisnes in July 2024. Mrs. Gonschorek spent time with us and shared lots of helpful tips, and communication was excellent. The apartment itself was roomy and very clean, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed and would happily return. Definitely recommend it.

Ms. Violetta was a very friendly owner, and the apartment was comfortable and clean. The designer furniture felt exclusive, and the bathroom had a lovely Versace-style look. Thank you.

Our booking unfortunately fell through, and cancelling through Booking.com would have meant paying a fee. The owner took plenty of time to speak with us by phone and, in the end, arranged for us to cancel without charge. Thanks for being understanding and so kind throughout our communication.
