Apartment Hundertwasser

The apartment looked welcoming at first, and the location is handy for the city center. Getting the key was easy. There’s a supermarket right next door and a bakery a few hundred meters away. The balcony overlooks a quiet courtyard, but two of its four chairs are so worn or bent in the seat that they can’t be used, and there’s no table. Inside, the cleaning seemed superficial: dust and dirt in the kitchen drawers and bathroom vanity, dirty tiles in both rooms, and heavily soiled covers over the electrical wiring. The outlets right above the stove were dirty too, which looked especially unpleasant. The glasses, cups, and utensils were only mediocre. I checked older reviews and photos of this apartment from another site, from a stay a year earlier, and the poor cleaning seemed to be an issue then as well. It’s a real shame that the landlord hasn’t done anything about it.
