The team made a difference from the moment I arrived. The receptionist was five-star in attitude and put in personal effort to meet my special needs. Everything was very clean and top quality. I stayed one night while on a bicycle ride, and the experience was amazing. Thank you, I'll come back.

The main problem was the noise from the room cleaners early in the morning. They shouted to each other like they were in a stadium, walked around loudly, and didn't seem to consider that paying guests were trying to sleep. I asked them to keep their voices down. They said okay, but soon went back to talking just as loudly. Closing the doors while cleaning would have helped. I explained it all to the receptionist when I checked out. She said she knew about it, but that it was the women's temperament and they wouldn't listen to her. That's not a solution. Guests pay for a quiet place to rest. Otherwise, I'd choose a dormitory for a third of the price. I checked in automatically using a code. The building was being renovated, but that didn't bother me.

Nice and efficient, with friendly staff, though there was no parking.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and online check-in was simple and straightforward. The hotel is central, right in the heart of Erfurt. My room was basic but clean, with a very comfortable bed. It was so quiet at night I could barely hear the other guests. Breakfast was simple but had what I needed. I'd gladly stay here again.
