What really made my stay was the staff. They were so professional, kind, helpful, and flexible. I was there for almost a week and never got that tired-of-the-hotel feeling. Check-in was easy and flexible, too. The hotel is small and right in the center. It can seem a little basic at first, but it has the essentials and grew on me each day. It was clean, and breakfast was included in the price. I’d gladly come back and recommend it.

The location is a big plus. It’s right by the Hbf and very well connected to local transport, but the area still felt safe and quiet, which I hadn’t expected. The rooms need better lighting, though. The pillows were the least comfortable I’ve ever had, and I’m saying that after talking with three other guests who stayed here. If you have neck or back problems, bring your own pillow. I hope management replaces them.

Even though it’s close to the bus and train stations, it’s quiet here. The room and bathroom were clean, the bathroom looked modern, and the room had really nice furniture. The bed was comfortable too.

Everything felt clean, and the rooms were nice. The staff were lovely, too. Breakfast, plus a very central location near trains and buses, made this a hotel I’d strongly recommend.
