The food and wine choices were really good, and the hotel was spotless, with the rooms and facilities all in great shape. My kids, 4 and 2, had a blast with the kids program and in the pool. We all had such a good holiday at Bären am See, and we're already looking forward to coming back.

The food was excellent, and the rooms were nice. Staff were so friendly and thoughtful, always ready to help. It's a great spot for families with kids up to 9, with a fun, varied program at the crèche and a good location.

My 1.5-year-old daughter felt so welcome here. We had an awesome stay, and I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The kids care was a bit too short in terms of hours, but the people looking after them were friendly. We had an amazing time in a beautiful place with good food.

There are plenty of things for families here: a kindergarten open until 9 pm, a bear's den, a swimming pool and a toddler pool, plus a sauna area for everyone. Strollers are available too. The food was fresh and very good, and soft drinks and specialty coffees were available all day. Everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating. It's an older hotel, but it's kept in good shape. We had a lovely time at Hotel Bären am See.
