A few ideas for the owner to consider. The roses grew very close to the sidewalk and seemed dangerous for small children, so they should be cut back or removed. The patio needs relaying too, since there are lots of places where children could trip. The bathroom is dated and could do with renovation. Otherwise, it’s a nice holiday apartment.
