Ferienwohnung Trautes Heim

We keep coming back because it’s such a nice holiday apartment and the management is very friendly. Great all around!

We stayed in the Oystercatcher apartment, a clean, well-kept place with a lovely roof terrace. It’s on a quiet side street, with parking right outside. The beach is just over a 5-minute walk away, and the North Sea spa is almost next door. The apartment is modern and practical for two adults and two children. We’ll be back.

The location was great, and our little garden had a patio. It took around 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, depending on your pace. Inside, the house was superbly maintained, with two bathrooms and everything we needed. Tiles throughout, and no piles of old knick-knacks to gather dust. We’re definitely returning next year! 👌👌👌👌👍👍

The apartment is small, but clean, and sits on the edge of Bensersiel. We slept well in the comfortable beds. The kitchen had a good range of branded appliances, including an induction hob, a working extractor hood, and a clean oven. The chairs look nice but aren’t comfortable for sitting for long. Heating was the weak point: it worked well in the bedrooms and bathroom, but the living room and kitchen radiator barely warmed up. Even set to 5, the highest setting, it seemed more like a 2.
