The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, just 50 meters from the metro station exit. There's a large grocery store next door, plus several bakeries and hotels across the street. The building also has a coin-operated washer and dryer, though the cycles take a really long time. We rented two apartments for three nights in June 2024. This is the best rental apartment I've stayed in across all the cities. The large living room and kitchen were fully furnished and stocked with utensils, cups, and cutlery. Everything was arranged so neatly that I tried to put it back the same way when leaving, but couldn't quite manage it. One sofa was already set up as a bed before we arrived, and it was comfortable enough for two people. There was also a four-burner hob, a large fridge, a toaster, a coffee machine, and plenty more. The bedroom had a very large bed, and the linen and towels were clean and neat. If I'm in Essen again, I know where I'll stay. Highly recommend.

It feels like home, only a very classy version. There's lots of space, the decor is lovely, and all the furniture is high quality. Edeka is just 50 meters away, and a street with plenty of restaurants and shops is close by. I absolutely recommend it.

27-29.11.2022. This is a cozy apartment with a homely feel. The radiator in the large room wasn't working, so that room and the bathroom were cold. House slippers for guests would be a nice addition. Fix the heating and add slippers, and it would be perfect. Best wishes from Ukraine.

The apartments are fantastic: very clean, well equipped, and in a perfect location. Management was great, too. Highly recommend.

The owner was helpful and communication was easy. The area felt quiet and safe, and the city center is five minutes away by tram. The tram and night bus stop are just a minute away, with a supermarket around the corner. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a kitchen for breakfast or dinner and a private bathroom with hot water at all times. The price was reasonable for the period.
