Glück Auf Appartements Walter-Hohmann

The unclear terms and hidden contract details only show their real implications when it's too late. There's a lack of transparency throughout, which leaves customers feeling deceived and unprotected. The company also makes promises it rarely keeps, and when something goes wrong, genuine support is almost entirely absent. It seems focused on profit instead of proper service or building trust. If honesty, clear terms and reliable service matter to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We mostly needed somewhere to sleep, so the apartment did the job, though it didn't feel especially cozy. It was bright and roomy, but the furnishings were sparse, and basics like tissues, a pen, and a second tea towel were missing. The walls had marks, the laminate had wide gaps, and the bedroom outlet didn't work. Getting in and out with the code and safe was seamless, though there was no in-person handover. The central spot was convenient, but the busy street made it pretty noisy.

The apartment had everything needed for a stay of several days, and it was laid out in a really practical, thoughtful way. It was also very attractively furnished. Check-in and check-out were perfectly organized, so the whole stay just worked.

The bed was comfortable, and I could adjust the heating and use the electric blinds to make the room properly dark. The flexible key handover was handy, and the price seemed fair. The apartment was clean and had a kitchenette, though the neighborhood and building didn't feel very reassuring. The lamps over the beds didn't work, and a hairdryer and shower gel would've been nice extras.
