The staff were super friendly, and I loved the breakfast choices. The hotel dog was a favorite too! The rooms felt basic and cold, a bit like college dorms, and the bathrooms were really small.

A nice small hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is great, though the rooms are basic.

The owner was especially friendly, and the rest of the team were lovely too. Breakfast was good, and we found the beds comfortable. Our room wasn't especially large, but it had all the space we needed. We were in Essen with a friend for the SPIEL trade fair, and the hotel worked perfectly for us. We'd happily stay again.
