The welcome on arrival was great, and someone even showed us where we could park. Before the trip, I spoke by phone with a really kind man who guided me through everything and answered every question I had. Service was outstanding. I'd definitely recommend staying here, 10/10.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the crisp white sheets and towels were lovely. We also appreciated the complimentary water and chocolate. The room had everything we needed, including a tablet, TV, and kettle. The management were extremely polite and nice. It's a small, very clean hotel in a central spot, and it feels more like four stars even though it's rated three. There's street parking, plus a paid car park a block away. Kids and dogs are welcome at no extra charge. We're back in town next month and may book here again. Really impressed.

The staff were attentive, the rooms comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. Public transport is only a couple hundred metres away. Highly recommended.

The staff were nice, and breakfast was really good. The place looked clean and felt cosy, but I had two problems. The mattress was too soft, making it hard to fall asleep, and I woke with neck and back pain. Also, the cleaning staff were loud early on Sunday, around 8. They slammed doors and talked loudly in the corridors. They kept knocking on my door and came into my room twice while I was still asleep or just waking up, by about 9 in the morning.

Breakfast was a highlight, especially the filtered coffee and bag lunch. The rooms were great, and I loved having free water. It's a nice area, close to transport and a wonderful little Christmas market. Great, great, great!
