We’d booked a twin room, but at check-in they gave us an apartment with two bedrooms instead. That was excellent. I’d recommend it.

The receptionist confirmed by phone the day before that a room was available. I sent a booking request by email after calling, but they replied that this had been a mistake and they had no room. The receptionist was rude and didn’t even speak English. Avoid this place!

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It’s a lovely place, very close to the train station, with Cologne about 30-40min away by train.

The host answered the phone right away even though I arrived very late, came to open the door, and checked me in. I had a great night in the very comfortable bed. The hotel is centrally located near the railway station, and the room was nice and clean. Everything was perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Sorry again for arriving so late, and thanks for welcoming me :)

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly, and everywhere felt pretty clean and cozy. Breakfast was much nicer than we expected, with lots of options and fresh fruit. We came for the nearby therma, and this hotel worked well for a short stay. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned and the bathroom is tiny, but for this price in a small town like this, I don’t think it’s fair to complain.
