That little desk is what I appreciate most. I can get some writing done there, and the Senseo machine and kettle are nice to have. My single room is small but works perfectly well for me, and it even has a calm feel that helps me relax and get my thoughts onto paper. The bed is roomy and comfortable, the bathroom and shower are well kept, and the whole place feels peaceful, tidy, and very clean. The furnishings are basic, which suits me just fine. Anyone after luxury may want something else, but for a quiet, easy few days with coffee and time to write, this is just right.

Check-in was easy and pleasant: the host got in touch by email and text before we arrived. The room itself was bright, clean, spacious, and well equipped, right in the city center. For the price, it was fantastic. We'd happily stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay. The city is easy to get around, with short walks to places like the castle rock. Restaurants require reservations. A great choice for a short visit.

We stayed in the large room with a waterbed, and it was well equipped. The staff were all very friendly, and breakfast was generous, with extra requests taken care of promptly. Our bikes could be stored securely on the rear terrace. The hotel is on a quiet side street close to the city center. We had a pre-arranged key code, though a staff member was there to welcome us, so we didn't need it.
