Ostseehaus Fehmarn

All you really hear here is the birds and wind, and the sunsets from the natural beach right beside the very quiet apartment are stunning. We stayed in the "Oystercatcher" with our dog and made good use of the large fenced garden. Inside, it’s bright, beautifully furnished, spotless, and has everything you might need, even firewood for the stove, candles, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, salt, and pepper. The beds are comfortable, too. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and we always felt we could ask anything. We wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely be back! 😉

We’ve come back for a second visit, and Wellenläufer is still a lovely place to stay. It’s clean, has everything you need, and the service is friendly. The one thing missing is a grill, so we had to buy one ourselves. It might be useful to offer one for rent with a deposit or fee.

The beach is an easy walk away, and we felt very comfortable staying here for a week with our dog. The apartment was clean and well maintained, with a garden, and the service was good. We’d be happy to return.

A nice apartment, but the stairs up to the first floor are steep, which could be hard for anyone with mobility problems. The website didn’t mention that.
