The free parking was a nice extra, and the breakfast buffet was included and good. My partner and I both found the junior suite comfortable and homey, and we enjoyed having a lovely balcony. The receptionists were fantastic and friendly. I absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

The hotel's beautiful interior and atmosphere really impressed me. I spent about six days there, and I'm grateful for how attentive and responsive the staff were, and how committed they seemed to sorting out any problem or concern.

We had good breakfast and dinner, and the staff were amazing. The train station was only a short walk away, which made getting around easy. When we left for the airport at 3am, they even gave us a little breakfast to take along.

The service was great, especially the very nice receptionist, and canceling and getting a refund turned out to be no problem. The room itself was only okay for cleanliness: there was a dead bug in the middle of the bathroom floor and small hairs in the bathtub. It looked somewhat like the official photos, but definitely not the same. At check-in, we were told the pool and spa would be closed until September, even though the picture said they were open on 19. August. That receptionist was the only good thing about the place.

The restaurant food was nice, and the rooms were very clean. Ana and Waleed at reception were kind and supportive, and the hotel staff provided excellent service and hospitality. The location also made it convenient to get to trade shows in Munich.
