I stayed for a week, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. I needed it for work and ended up having to buy a 40€ data SIM. Staff weren't helpful, just saying, “the wifi is working,” and the hotel made no gesture to resolve the problem. On arrival, there was nobody there, and the displayed phone number couldn't be reached. Breakfast wasn't free, even though it's written literally everywhere that it is.
