I spent five nights here while attending a training course. The hotel is a few years old, but the staff really make it stand out. They were very friendly and professional, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were amazing. I also enjoyed the swimming pools and used the gym every morning; it has a good treadmill. The employees make a real difference.

The hotel sits in a nice hill area with pleasant surroundings. People also come here quite often, especially during the Christmas holidays, to celebrate with others.

I went with my wife to celebrate, and the spa and wellness area was good and offered what I expected. The food was really good, and the staff were pretty nice. The room was nothing special. Its heating was too hot, and I couldn’t set it to a lower temperature.

The one thing we missed was air conditioning. It was very warm during our stay, and they only provided a small fan. Breakfast and dinner felt quite stifling. Still, we all loved the place: the service was excellent, the food and cleanliness were beyond perfect, and the pool was clean. My kids had a blast, and the koala kids was a bonus for them. Five stars to everyone there! :)

We booked a three-day stay with HB, and the food was fantastic, easily 10 out of 10. Breakfast came with fresh strawberries, then there were freshly made cakes and fruit in the afternoon, and dinner was very generous. You can eat on the terrace with an amazing view, and the kids get a present after each dinner. Our daughter loved the indoor playground and the playroom full of toys. The hotel staff were helpful, the atmosphere was lovely, and our room was clean and had everything we needed.
