Ferienwohnungen im Frberhaus

The location is very central, so you can walk to everything. I’d especially recommend the ice cream parlor right next door. We stayed in the largest apartment, for four people, and there was plenty of room. The beds were really comfortable, and the balcony is huge, with space for all four of us. There’s a fantastic mountain view. The bathroom is a good size, though it has no window. There’s no dishwasher or oven either, but otherwise everything we needed was provided.

There are lots of shops nearby, and the apartment was very clean and well kept. It’s a great holiday place for families. We did miss having an oven, and because Fischen is in a valley, we could hear traffic from the main road most of the time.

The bakery, butcher, and Netto supermarket are all nearby, and Oberstdorf is about 10 minutes away by train, so we didn’t have to worry about parking. The apartment was great and very clean, and the landlords were nice. We’ll definitely come back.

I spent two weeks in May 2025 in apartment number 5, and as always, saying goodbye was hard. The landlady is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location is fantastic with everything within walking distance. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again.
