The rooms were spacious and clean, and the street noise didn’t reach us. It’s a very nice place to stay near Heilbronn in Flein. The only issue for me was that the kitchenette had no stove.

The rooms weren’t very comfortable, but the place was good enough for a night or two.

The breakfast was a major disappointment. It’s advertised as exceptional on Booking.com, but “exceptionally basic” would fit better. The fruit spread was the last straw for me: it had a production date of December 19, 2012 and a best before date of January 10, 2020. You have to order breakfast the evening before, then walk two doors down to the breakfast room in the morning. That was especially unpleasant in last winter’s temperatures. Parking is another serious problem. It’s a highly questionable setup, impossible for guests with buses or vans, and finding a spot on the neighboring streets is luck. I only learned after booking that the parking situation was like this, and that payment is accepted only in cash or by bank transfer. Not recommended.

The room was clean, and the hostess was really friendly and helpful. Communication before the stay was excellent. A lovely place to stay, with wonderful hosts.
