Getting around was inconvenient: the hotel is by the highway, the nearest town or village is about 8-9 km away, and there was nobody at reception or in the restaurant when we needed them. The rooms and bathrooms are very cramped. On the WC, the basin is almost in your face, and the shower is so small you can't stretch out. The only toiletries were body wash and hand wash. We were sitting in the restaurant after breakfast until 10:37 am, then left to check out at noon, which was the stated checkout time. We didn't have any water after breakfast. The hotel later said they had allowed us four hours for a meeting, but we were just talking there for 37 minutes. If that was an issue, they could have told us. I came downstairs at 12. One guy arrived at 12:26, and the third had some kind of computer problem and came down maybe ten minutes later. There was no lobby where we could sit and deal with the urgent computer issue, so two of us used a restaurant table by reception. If they objected, they could have said so, and we'd have waited in the car. Very shocking. Anyone considering a stay can decide whether that attitude is okay.

The hotel was easy to find, and getting there was straightforward. Parking doesn't cost anything. I asked for an unrenovated room and got one that was practical, a decent size, spotless, and had a small shower bathroom. Nothing to complain about. The welcome was super friendly 😁, and the team is fantastic. Breakfast offers plenty of variety: bread and rolls, scrambled eggs, muesli, yogurt, cold cuts, cheeses, juice, coffee, and tea. I'd love to return and am already looking forward to it. Thanks, Corinna, for such a lovely time 😊🎨✂️

Corinna, the hotel owner, took such good care of our group of craft-loving women and did her best to meet all our wishes. It made it easy to get away from everyday life for two days. The rooms were perfectly fine, and the bright breakfast room felt cozy and spacious. The food at the hotel and the adjoining restaurant was excellent, freshly made, delicious, and beautifully presented. I loved the restaurant's refined country house style. Not everything has been renovated yet, but the care put into the rooms and into cooking and presenting the food shows in every detail. We felt welcome and at home. Five stars from me, and we'll be back!

We came for a family celebration and were surprised by how delicious the food was. The country house style gives the place a lovely feel, and the service was pleasant too. We'd be glad to come back. Five stars.
