Favored Hotel Plaza

The location was good and the service was nice. I did notice a couple of damp patches, which was the only possible downside.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When the elevator was out of service on arrival, they carried my luggage upstairs, so it wasn't a problem. I stayed just one night before flying from the airport, and the hotel worked perfectly for that. It's very close to the main station, on the good side of it. My top-floor room was spotless and had a great view. There was an AC unit too, though I didn't need it in winter. The building is a bit dated but well kept, which helps explain the unusually affordable price. There's no breakfast, but plenty of places nearby; I ate at the station's food court.

We were on the top floor and had a lovely view from the balcony. The room for three was spacious, clean, and had very comfortable beds. I had a great four-night stay at the beginning of June 2025. Frankfurt HBF is a five-minute walk away, and the Old town is about 20 minutes on foot. We skipped breakfast because of the price.

It was clean, quiet, and felt safe. The area is nice, and the hotel is close to the train station, city centre, and supermarkets.
